Even though the fixture could have drawn more, I'll take the 22K for a match that had minimal promotion.

Personally I've received more ads and emails for Bulldogs v Knights and the NRLW Magic Round than I did for Friday night. Souths really don't market game day tickets.

So GA sections 15, 16 28 & 29 have now been made unavailable for the Titans vs Phins game. Either means we've sold a lot of tickets in those sections or weren't selling them at all.

Should hopefully see it still push past the 16k mark. Im trying to be conservative with it as I don't trust our members to show up XD

It's not our responsibility to prop up other teams home crowds and if souths require us to do that then play the game where it makes sense.

It gets 35k at SFS no problem.

If souths moved to Allianz and we got a brand new 25k-30k stadium built in Liverpool for the bulldogs and wests the NRL in Sydney would be nicely setup for the foreseeable .

Hopefully it means that they've sold well. Looks like a cracking day in SEQ - and how long has it been since the weather has been this good on a Saturday!?

Big walk ups I hope - for both Titans and Broncos.

Yeah their first year at QE2 43k and 37k the next year. Pretty good for 1993 and 1994 right? At a stadium worse than Accor. Even then the average only bottomed out at 19k in 1997 at the height of the war (rest of the clubs were woeful, way worse at the time).
You sound like Trump’s script writer.

If you haven't had the glorious privilege of driving from the City/East of Sydney down Parramatta Road (or from the South up Princes Hwy/King Georges Rd) at Peak Hour on a weeknight, all the way to Sydney Olympic Park, find parking, walk in the rain, sit in a cavernous stadium where you literally cannot see the ball when in opposite corner to where you are sitting..... you can kindly STFU.

Olympic Park is an absolutely miserable experience I only subject myself to because of my love of all things SSFC.
Parramatta road? You cheap basta*d.

Restricted view on sale for Broncos vs Tigers. I'll go with 42-44k but we'll see!

Great crowd pending. Glad the weather has finally cleared up in SEQ as it's had an impact on (still very good) attendances. Hopefully the weather stays clear the next few weeks and it stimulates demand for fans who haven't managed to go to a game yet.

Looks about half full at commbank?

sheesh what a beautiful stadium it is!

I think it's about 18k. Always hard to tell with Commbank - as others have said, a lot of people stay on the eastern concourse out of the sun. Northern and southern grandstands look pretty healthy.

As a side note, how good are those aerial shots of Parra. It's a real city in its own right these days.
