Why would you be a member of Accor ?
Best seats for origin and grand final are impossible to get otherwise but they changed who gets them

I used to pay around 3k a year for centreline seats which are under the coaches box for every event there and you could sell the tickets if you didn’t go (I was too lazy I could’ve got 500 for bledisloe which I never used )

Grand final and origin alone is around 600 dollars for cat one tickets

Broncos v Bulldogs on 24 April has sold down to single seats - just need the ticketing rep to release those held back for single game memberships and restricted view.
Update - 90% of seats held back are on sale now. Restricted view once these are sold.

Level 7 east is priced at up to $189 a pop - these won't sell at that price and will be recategorised as 'sideline' at some point.

Can dogs really get 70k?

60k would be phenomenal and 70k would be crazy!!

In my mind:
- 50-65k is in play when level 6 east opens
- 66-82k is in play only when level 7 west opens

The wildcards will be:
- How creative the Bulldogs get with marketing this week to max out level 6 east
- How many walkups from the Royal Easter Show generate enough demand to open level 6 west.

At this stage, there's nothing to indicate a crowd of over 65k as they've still only put a third of level 6 east on sale, which means they aren't close to opening level 6 west.

Why are the tigers playing at commbank on Easter and not Accor

Seems like that could’ve gotten at least an extra 10k next door

I think the Tigers were looking to rationalise their home grounds, and moved this game from Accor to Commbank for that reason.

In any case, Easter Monday is struggling to move tickets this year, and only once in the past seven years has it drawn a crowd over 30,000.

Yeah this is it, it was a 50k fixture back in 2014 but both teams need to be in really good form for that to happen. (And to play at Accor lol)

id be more confident of a sell out if eels were playing a bit better but the tigers form might make it a respectable 24-25k

Just looking forward to ANZAC Day between the Roosters and the Dragons at Allianz - it seems both teams' wins this weekend really helped to shift tickets.

Just under two weeks out and tickets are selling well up into the last quarter of rows in level 4 east. Levels 1 and 2 are closing in on selling out with only the corners still offering plenty of tickets.

I think the game will sell out as is historically the case on ANZAC Day, but another couple of good results for both teams next weekend will lock that in sooner rather than later.

Why wouldn't Perth put its best foot forward when negotiating getting it's own club?
Who knows.
Only a moron would think a bad turnout helps gain entry into the NRL.

Maybe if it were in the low 20's we'd fast track a Perth team...

Idiot.
Whether there were 30k or 40k yesterday it would not sway the NRL to admit a team in Perth. It will come down to what the government will put in and if it is enough for the NRL to say yes. Do you think if there were 60k yesterday but government doesn't budge on its current offer the NRL will admit a Perth team?

They're literally in negotiations. 60k definitely tips the scales.

If it is for the government to tip more money in they will be arguing the people of WA have turned up to previous SOO and when normal competition games have been taken there while the lower crowd this time is because the public was pissed off with how expansion has played out. The NRL we all know just wants more money. If the WA government comes out today and says we will fund pathways for next 10 years at 10m pa and upgrade or build a new stadium they are in and yesterday's crowd number is irrelevant. It's all about the 💰 for the NRL.

Accor update - GA is now Limited Availability so only Blue Zone tickets remaining for the bottom bowl which will go now fairly quickly!

Will be interesting when they open Level 3 (Behind Blue Zone section) and IF more GA tickets will be made available on level 6 or will they try milk it with gold tickets (Hope not). We still have 4 days to go at this rate Level 6 West could be opened up!

This crowd all depends also on South Sydney Ticketed Members! 7 bays have been kept unsold on level 4 and 6 for them along with GA portion on the bottom bowl, if they don’t turn up massive empty seats will be seen! Hope they do!
