Titans closed sections 29 & 28 earlier this week; I presume for a lack of sales. However, they're now back on sale?, so hoping it means there's been more movement as of late.

Look anything above 12k tomorrow is a win. No amount of emails to the club from numerous members regarding ticket prices is going to change anything (although just make the GA bays $15 but that's just me not taking the business side of it all into account).

Was thinking of heading to Allianz tonight but game day tickets are $55 GA plus fees. Who are they kidding?
Those sort of prices just feel like bullshit to me. For a regular season game who’s going to pay that outside of the hardcore fans who are probably members anyway?

Also it makes attending footy as a family a non starter. I’ll soon have 3 kids and attending a game like that could end up racking up a bill in the hundreds.

Just makes me sad seeing a game build off working class people now pricing those same people out.
22,395 in Auckland.
f**king hell that’s an amazing crowd for those conditions. The warriors are just killing it at the moment.

The aim for all Sydney teams needs to be 20k. Manly and Cronulla should have their feet held at the fire to get their grounds up to 20k+ capacity or be penalised until they do. Easts and Penrith should also focus on consistently getting above 20k at their swish new stadiums. I think collectively, these 4 are the weakest of the Sydney 9 potential wise (Canberra can feck off, the Superleague splitters... But they do need a new stadium too).

Based on the potential of Canterbury (and Wests as I keep hearing), a Liverpool stadium is a folly and all concerted effort needs to be made into making Homebush into a 80-90k rectangular stadium with a 40-50k mode. Parra, Souths and St George should be encouraged to play more games at Homebush on the proviso of the above.

I think if a conference approach is utilised at 20 teams, a Sydney 9+Newcastle conference with regular derby blockbusters scheduled could deliver the massive crowds.

Once expansion is delivered to 20, PVL needs to focus on getting the most out of Sydney as it still has so much to give (I hate to so say it but let's learn from Melbourne and AFL).

What do people put Aucklands crowds down to. I realise they have dropped a little from last year but these are still great numbers. I wonder if NZ/Auckland is just starting to realise the appeal of a great competition (which is the thing NRL has had over rugby here).
NZ has been stuck with international rugby and super whatever’s which just has never been a competition that people started caring about anywhere.

There is definitely a trend in NZ to sports other than Rugby Union, especially in Auckland. That said, Warriors deserve credit for being willing to cut their membership and ticketing prices to try and maximise their attendances.

Warriors standard price for their North Stand is $25 for adults, $20 for kids and $70 for families. That said, it's only really the big games they charge that for and if I leave my purchasing late.

For the Raiders game, their next at Mt Smart, they already have kids go free with a paying adult & adults are $20. They have the same setup for Wests Tigers, which isn't until July.

They also have a special promotion off the back of last night's win of, 'If we win, you win' where adults are $15 and kids $10. It will only run for a week, but they're taking advantage of any winning hype by quickly trying to sell the next home game as well run promotions to drive sales for the less appealing games.

I wish some of the other clubs would put effort in and not just have standard price & event game price, especially those with bigger GA areas.

We are only 300 down on our average last year, so pretty on par. The tickets are cheap I went to a game last year and it was 40 nz to sit on the 30 metre line, which is insane value. Also talking to many locals they all love the all blacks first but then nrl second whether it’s the warriors or the other 3 most supported sides in nz broncos, manly and dogs. It’s also so much fun at mt smart with the build up entertainment and atmosphere, best I’ve experienced in nrl outside of finals.

Better product on the pitch and better atmosphere and matchday experience off the pitch for fans.

also affordable tickets.

Havent looked this year but last year their membership prices were a lot less than other clubs.
