I swear this is the main cause. When I used to go to Broncos games 10-15 years ago, it would be a 90/10 split. It seems like Suncorp has close to a 50/50 split these days.

Have to agree. The change in ratio was even evident from 2023-2024 for the games that I flew up for. The girls are loving it these days.

Back 15 years ago you could tell quite a few were girlfriends that were begrudgingly coming with their boyfriends or dads haha, now they get right into it, so good

It's a shit ground.

It needs redeveloping.

Fix it up for rectangular sports and it will be sick once the Light Rail and Metro are operational.

Like seriously if they want a tenant force the f**king Swans or the Giants to play there. It's dogshit on account of the AFL.

Broncos games are a must-do event in Brisbane. The game day experience is phenomenal and you see people from all walks of life including a lot of tourists, especially Asian which is not typical a demographic associated with RL

Yeah their seemed to be a collection....at least with a sparsely populated ground you can get an effective 'away end' going... Something I think NRL should encourage....it's great for atmosphere here in Super League

A fair few. The Burrow was loud as always, and the Broncos fans got a few chants going, made it a much better game to attend.

For me moments like last night are why I continue slumming it to Homebush and sitting through the tripe we have dished up the past couple of years. You can't replicate that experience at home.
