The Rugby League world generally looks at the Cronulla club and laughs.

St. George, despite all their natural geographical and historical advantages, looks at Cronulla for inspiration.

What a sad state that club is in playing at that shocking little ground.

Looks like the ground is far too large for the interest in the Dragons.

Is it Kogarah? I can't help but feel they would get a bigger crowd at Allianz.
Kogarah doesn't help. It's not the easiest ground to get to, very little of the Dragons fan base actually lives in the immediate area anymore and the facilities are lacking.

It doesn't help that the club does such an average job promoting their games as well.

That's interesting. If that's the case, it makes no sense to me why they still play there apart from tradition.

Puts St George at 11,700 odd average with this team having a middling season. This is pretty poor and the club needs to do more to engage their members and fans. Having said that they play pretty much all Sydney opposition. So provided they keep going ok that average should improve.

Looks like they only had enough machine oil for the first few cogs on the people counter at Kogarah. Last 2 digits are still stuck. This season's crowds -- 16211; 6211; 10411. In between the first 2 games they had to run it down to the Gong as well. First crowd there was 16111.

Friday night following Origin is never going to pull a big crowd anywhere. Accept it and move on.

If that’s the case then they have no fans and should be relocated.

But I call bullshit.

Their games could easily be attracting very good crowds at a quality stadium. All they need is a bit of belief in themselves and much smarter management.
‘Relocated’? The answer to everything apparently. Luckily the NRL ignore the cries from idiots.

Playing the Knights at Allianz could have a few thousand Knights fans travelling by train from Newcastle and the Central Coast plus Dragons fans who don't all live in Kogarah or the Gong. No reason why Allianz wouldn't attract up to 20,000 fans for that game.

Not the game to take there

South’s roosters or tigers

Carlton station means not that hard for knights fans to go to kogarah v Allianz

Dragons shouldn’t give up kogarah completely they would become a plastic side if they did

The ideal scenario is Illawarra would’ve had their own side and either dragons take over sharks or dragons stand alone plays half the games at kogarah and the rest at Allianz

It’s no confidence’s the two jv have been such a rabble

Manly and souths show that
