Putting the Dolphins game on same week as Origin seems to have back fired big time in Perth.
Not helped by the ridiculous ticket prices ($74 for behind the sticks wtf?), last years game that sold out is looking like around 12k sold so far.
They've just slashed some seat prices today so hopefully more sell during the week. Id be pssed if I paid $89 for a seat that is now $27!
Oh no! How will you all cope with a game every fortnight? Welcome to the reality of having a club in the NRL

Details of emergency services round including ticket deals and meet and greets with service personnel. I thought it was the health services as the spotlight agency this year but it's the RFS

Weather looks the goods too. If we crack 30k that would be great.

Based on the glacial pace of sales for allocated seating, I think this will do well to hit 20k (for context the Roosters vs NQ on a Sunday arvo at Allianz in 2024 drew a bit over 13k).

I'll be astounded if there's 8k at the Rabbitohs vs Storm match.

I really hope the Allianz move becomes reality for you guys next year or it’ll be a shocking 5 years. Catch-22 for the club, they have basically shit on their current home ground which certainly won’t be encouraging fans to get out to games, if it comes off though short term pain for long term gain.

I guess if perth bears are stupid enough to charge $94 for sideline and $73 for behind the sticks like the dolphins hvave done the stadium will be half empty as well lol.

would you like to make a bet that Perth don’t end up with lowest avg in 2027.

If you are worried about pricing then buy a membership.

Why would I want to bet on Perth Bears attendances? Wierd thing to say.

He stuffed it up but the fact they cant have 4 full time teams at Allianz is a bit of a joke. Suncorp manages the Broncos, Dolphins, Roar, and Reds perfectly fine.
This is about solly trying to shift the blame to the nsw govt for not doing stadium upgrades when he signed a new lease at a reduced rent because there were going to be no upgrades

Rather than telling the public the truth, and now the nsw govt has told him (rightly) to shove it

And that’s after the pm got involved

I wanna see souths back home but solly has handled this totally wrong

It's unfortunately not surprising. For VenuesNSW, losing one of two key tenants at Accor is greater than adding a fourth at Allianz, so unless Souths put forward a compelling offering (which they didn't, they played hardball) or someone like Minns intervened, VenuesNSW was always going to be reluctant to grant the move.

It's a shame because it hurts Souths and it hurts the NRL.
