Oh happy days. The Titans are letting Des coach the remaining two games.

In that case he should go out swinging.

Shame that Des' last presser had that obnoxious little weed of a reporter ruining it.

Hope Des comes back for the Kangaroos job. Walters to the Titans.
Yeh agreed he deserves the Roos job

Maybe even origin when Daley gets sacked

If Kevvie gets the titans job now does that make him ineligible for Roos

Seems like Hannay is the front runner.

Tbh if I was a rookie coach GC would be team number 20 on my list of 18 NRL clubs. The biggest poisoned chalice in the game.
I seriously wonder why all the sporting codes are so obsessed with the Gold Coast. I can’t think of a region that says sporting failure more than the Gold Coast. Problem they will always have is most of the people who live there are ex southerners or Brisbane people who already have the allegiances elsewhere.

I love the place but sport just isn’t it there

Two of the best rugby league schools in the country

Pb Currumbin and keebra

Loads of nrl teams have been awful for 20 to 30 years

At least the Tigers have shown obvious improvement this year. Even Newcastle had their best season since the Johns days a couple of years ago. Both of those clubs have a big committed army of fans unlike the Titans. Did you see the packed out Leichhardt oval and Newcastle yesterday.

I know I sound really harsh about the Gold Coast but I’m just giving my honest opinion about them.
And Kiwis looks like after the last game
I work on the Gold Coast half the cars in the car park have silver ferns on them. Almost everyone else is ex Sydney or something.

It doesnt help when the club has done SFI for so many years. Remind me why they sacked Holbrook?
