2025 INJURIES & SUSPENSIONS

Why? He's only 31. Plenty of players have come back from multiple ACLs. Do you think with his attitude and courage he's not going to make it back?
By time he gets back Colquhoun or Puru will be established at lock, Slammin Sam will be pushing for minutes as well.
His contract finishes end of next year, I just can't see where he gets role back unless he plays some minutes to give Brailey a break

I like Sam McCulloch mate but he's played mostly Flegg still and just a handful of Jets games if that. No way will he be a regular first grader in 2026, more like 2027 if he's still with us.

You don't have to play lots of reserve grade to play first grade, there would be plenty of forwards who haven't a good example is Lindsay Collins at Roosters first grade at 19

I understand this but Fitz has already shown, right or wrong, that he is not quick to pick debutants.

So in a game that doesn't count we now lose a player for close to a year.
The club will get salary cap relief, they need to move fast and try and get an outside back to help.
Not sit on there hands, which knowing us is what we will do.
I said it before next year we will go backwards, no improvement coming.

Don’t you want the club to promote its young kids? Here is an opportunity.

Also the sooner people realise that injuries happen and it’s part of the game then the sooner they will be at peace.

If it was Brailey then I’d be worried.

Positive could be Stonestreet gets more game time.
Also it demands those very experienced players in back 5 stand up.
I would expect that over off season Kennedy will have worked on his defence, and backing up.
Ramien should come back and showing his skill as a ball player, by now he will have developed the passing game.

But they won't they won't improve.
Kennedy is one of the worst fullbacks in the game and Baldie said sign him up again.
Ramien offered nothing all season so no let's not move him on and give youth a chance.
But it seems people in here are now happy to lose, as long as losing is not 15th to 17th but just a little further up the ladder.

If you looked it the club does not get exemption with Ronnie out they can buy a player, I would say it frees up $300k to $400k.
I would what Manu rugby contract when it finishes, that would be his appx value using how Broncos signed Ben Hunt.
