And he got belted by f**ken Kalyn Ponga.

One of the games greatest plodders. If he wasn't a loose unit carried by the four time premiers he'd be in NSW cup
Not his best game but usually he’s a beast. It was Dylan Edwards who was bad with his high ball defence. Him and To’o but atleast To’o has an excuse being up against a guy who’s 6’6.

It’s not the best 34 players in the game, it’s the best 34 that can play for Australia. The Kangaroos don’t hold a mortgage on the best 17 players anymore
They never have though.

Unless anyone here thinks Adam Mogg and Jamie Buhrer were some of the all time greats.

Comfortable win from NSW. They won pretty easily and look like they’ve got plenty of improvement in them. Gonna be a long series for QLD.

Haas was good but Ithought Lomax was the game breaker. Yeo and Edwards had their best Origin games too. Pretty comprehensive win considering the points NSW left out there.

You could make an argument that the entire QLD spine could be dropped, but I don’t think Slater will knowing they were destroyed in the forward. I couldn’t give a f**k what they do but minimum id bring in Dearden over DCE who looks done. Might as well build for the future as I can’t see them winning a game this year.

I actually thought Moses and Cleary were pretty poor. The Blues forwards absolutely destroyed QLD but the attack didnt reflect the space they had.

They looked a bit disjointed but think they need more time together to make things work.

Probably the worst standard origin Game I’ve seen. Have watched better 6pm Friday games.

NSW clunky attack and terrible attacking structure coaching kept qld in it. The 2-5 for blues is absolutely elite though, I could see that being the line up for the next 5 years considering their ages.

Theres more then a couple of qlders who look like origin has passed them by.
