Had a feeling there would be some cum swapping between the usual crowd.

Putting the Panthers 4th on the Power Rankings based on no form was ridiculous. I said at the time that if they kept winning they’d justify a higher ranking.

Trying to claim some kind of victory about this is pathetic.

Why are power rankings about form?

It is about "power", which most take to be where they are "placed" amongst the rest of the competition.

If it was purely form and stats, it would just be another ladder and wouldn't require insight and nous.

Power rankings were created because people could already see where teams were placed on the ladder and wanted a more immediate way of determing where form lies.

At no point have I ever seen a power ranking talk about what a team might do. It always about what they have done.

Nothing genius in suggesting that the 4 time premiers might improve from a shit position, but they have to do it before they can climb the highly esteemed agnostic power rankings.
