I'm curious as to who was wearing the 7 and who was 6

I know some don't think it matters (Left side/Right side) but I still believe the running half, Iilias, is better at 6 (where bloody hunt should have played and is now playing at Broncos) and the organiser, KF, best suited at 7.

Play to your strengths , I reckon
There was an article on fox a few days ago with Hunt talking about how he would be happy to play 9 when Mam got back.

Grrrrrrrr.

Ilias was on the right edge, according to the Telegraph article. The quote from the article stated the new spine was "far from stuttering, but instead fluent and well-balanced."

As expected Suli has moved to the right with Val at left centre

So Suli defending with Ilias. But either way Ilias is said to be a good defender.

And yet Haran gets another 12 months.
I‘m not sure when Haran joined the club ‘I’m assuming post Bennett days’?

I recently had a conversation with a club official and when I asked him what’s been going wrong over the last 10 years or so, his reply was….‘I’m not 100% sure but the club has tried and made many changes to improve things, but the only position that hasn’t changed over that period is the head of Football/players’

Make of that what you will
I'm not one to quote myself, but I posted the above back in 2023

Make of it what you will

David Riccio confirmed on twitter we 'won' the scrimmage 8 tries to 4. Manly are a top 8 team and no pushovers, Monday Manly are putting out a video on youtube with more footage of the scrimmage on The Manly way series. Good early signs to score that many and only conceed 4

At the open training session for members the session started with Flanno spending a lot of time on goal line defence. Drill after drill until Flanno was happy. We all know that defence is what has to improve from 2024, hopefully it is & this is a start but let’s see how they perform in the “real” in the next couple of weeks.

Interesting, honestly it's all about attitude. I know Gutho won't be quiet and sook when shit doesn't go out way, hearing he was the loudest on the park the other day its exactly what we haven't had in years. Can't wait to see our different attacking shapes etc now Hunts gone
