Eels deserved this win. Moses is the key.

Roosters back down to earth. Losing Walker was a big moment however let's take the blinkers off. They are easy meat in September.

Robbo not gonna be happy. He will ban consumption of the decaf chai late on the bus ride home.
You can stop being afraid of the Roosters now Fangs

Sam Walker's standdown may cost the Rorters a top 8 spot.

NOW watch the talking heads blow up about concussion protocols lol

@yobbo84 if your lot can screw the Roosters out of a top 8 finish in round 27 surely that's mini GF type stuff

DCE was the winner tonight. Savala looked a deer in headlights after Walker went off. Not necessarily saying we would have won but DCE would have at least led them around the park.

Way too many errors highlighted by the error on the back of the Toia try at 20-10 down when the game was still there to be won.

30 points conceded without a single line break. Must be some type of record.

We probably don't need to win again TBH. Youre thinking Manly, Dolphins or Wests will win all their games?

Good luck.
Dolphins have been diabolical, but they have the Titans and the Raiders coming up. Herbie is a chance at coming back next week but certainly round 27, and do you really think that Ricky will send a full strength Raiders squad to Redcliffe the week before the finals when they have top two locked in?

Manly have the Dragons, and Wahs at Brookvale - where they are a whole different beast.

If you lose both games, and the Dolphins win one, you're on equal points and it comes down to for-and-against - theirs is better, and they play the Titans next week.

I wouldn't be backing Dolphins against anyone at this stage but assume they beat titans i do think raiders would play their best side if MP is up from grabs and that only occurs if Melbourne win next week or raiders lose. If Melbourne don't win that means we beat them and have confirmed a top 8 spot so makes it a moot point.

Manly played their GF today, i wouldn't be confident in them beating saints.

If you win a close one against Melbourne but then lose the following week to the Bunnies, it's not a moot point. Phins would most likely jump you on f/a if they win the next two against Tits and a weaker Raiders side. Which goes back to my initial point that for the Bunnies, they'd be treating round 27 like a GF. Your mob would be fired up too of course.

My thoughts are that Ricky will rest players given a few of them are a bit banged up, but we will have to wait and see how it pans out.

Phins don't need to win both - just one. If the Roosters lose both.

One of us is mis-reading the ladder. You don't win again and the Dolphins beat the Titans at Suncorp you'll be out of the 8 with one round to play, surely?
