I was listening on ABC radio since I was on the road, and holy shit, the amount of times they called this game “Battle 5” was insane. They must have said it at least once a minute.

They talked about how Kotoni Staggs lit up Battle 1. They talked about how Shibasaki has played in a Queensland derby before but never anything with the intensity of “Battle”.

Every player that touched the ball was judged by how many “Battles” they had played.

Yep, until Dolphins make a signing that hurts the Broncos or do something that makes it hurt having a team so close to Red Hill, they're irrelevant.

They probably need to have a Cowboys 2015 moment to turn this into a battle. Most of the games have been one-sided. The only thing they are "battling" over, is Suncorp. However if you look at the attendance numbers when it's The vs a Sydney team, they'd struggle to sell out Kayo.
