This match is what happens when a stoppable force meets a moveable object.
Souths defended well against Melbourne while the Knights attack continues to be constipated. I think the Knights are more stoppable than Souths are moveable.

Or are Souths the stoppables and Knights the moveables?

Souths

They can eek out some points when they get the opportunity and the Knights will keep them in it by scoring no more than 8 points to the 70th minute mark

Unless Ponga suddenly explodes and has a MOTM game, I can't give Newy much of a chance at all. Bennett especially will make sure they're up for this.

Well, he's completely lost me with that 17 named. He flat out does not rate Lewis Dodd, I guess.

Knights side named is a lot better than it has been with some middles finally returning but Souths will still get the win. Tbh at the moment I can’t envision a situation where we ever win another game.

There should be a rule for magic round where a team can be disqualified for not being able to score any points.

I was worried about a Dodd-Sullivan combo and thought we needed more creativity at 5/8 but thought it was time to give Dodd the starting 7 gig on the back of his kicking game and just to give the kid a shot.

Then again, he has appeared timid and reluctant to impose himself in the play when he's been on.

Not a good weekend to be conservative I suspect.
