We are stuck with Lawrie. The only thing to do is to keep him fit and strong, blubber-free. Then we coud get a little value out of the situation.

I have a feeling his end-of-season review wasn't very complimentary, as far as his football prowess in '24.
Being a good clubman is far removed from being a good footballer, in fact if he wanted just to be a good clubman then he should retire and take on an ambassador role.

So, the ball is in his court, so to speak. It's up to him to get fit, stay fit and learn som new skills under the guidance of our coaching staff. If not, then yeah, a rather long stint awaits in reserve grade for him, with no chance of ever seeing a re-signing or anyone else picking him up (barring ESL).

IMO Rava is not a first grade winger until he improves his defence. Yes he can hit hard but it is hit & miss & is found out too many times coming in & leaving his winger unmarked. We have better options than him at the moment.

Even after one year, it's still refreshing to hear this guy talk compared to the dribble that came from our last 3 "coaches".

Simple ones like
when do we start back training,?
finish up?
how are young guys training?
Out if the main norm old hands who is impressing or really stepped up?
How is your search for a middle going?
What is the Dragon’s way?

Yeh after the club already had put out a media statement about state of all injuries. But if you missed Yes that was one bit of news. But the rest did not give us any more real insight
Just a beef I have had with our media content for years and access for members has been below many other clubs
