I thought this guy was battling an illness (that was the rumour apparently), instead he has 3 roles at the Saints:-
Recruitment and Pathways Manager and Jersey Flegg Cup Coach – Shane Millard.
Isn't that a lot of work for 1 person?
We have 3 wellbeing roles filled yet we have Molo all over the press struggling with his mental health and wellbeing.
Wellbeing and Facility Manager – Scott Stewart
Education and Wellbeing Manager – Chelsea Tout
Wellbeing Coordinator – Holly Scheeringa
Pathways Recruitment Officer – Ian Millward - If he was there last year and years before you cannot fault him as Saints have some pretty good juniors and some picked from Panthers and Qld. Millard is the Pathways Recruitment Manager so he would have final say, Ian is more or less a scout by the sounds of things.
When Ben Harran was on a podcast last year or the year before he had 3 or 4 roles. It was ridiculous when he rattled them off. I thought then how tight is the club to have 1 guy run so many roles when other clubs have 1 person for each role. He now has the 1 role which is the GM role. Hopefully that makes a difference. Time will tell. This guy came from the Storm so Saints are really banking on that but he has not really delivered. Surely his last chance and if he fails will be gone.
When will they announce the CEO?
