Nah two there’s someone who I think is a mod here who was saying the two sports have similar tv ratings (total bs) and how good the afl administration is

Good old rocket was spitting facts at them

From memory nrl standalone beat afl by around 13 million even though afl has more teams and games

Including rep games from origin pacific cup all stars and charity shield it’s between 30 and 35 million

Nz around 3 to 4 million

Once png comes in the gap will be closer to 100 million

Eyeballs on TV are only valuable if worth something to advertisers.

I would think a tv deal of 50 million pa down the track should be easily achievable once the team is bedded down

Add that to the NZ Sky and we could be talking about $70m p/a extra on top of FTA Australia ( both Nine and Ten) and PAy Tv /Kayo
