iIts 30k lower than last year. The NRL ratings on Nine for their vegas opener had a bigger gap from last year, where were you on Nines impending demise?

Nine would be thrilled with the Vegas and Thursday night games trumping the afl numbers

Fta used to be the one area that afl dominated since they are in five metros

Yet league with two metros won two out of three games

Dead set you`re right they are awful numbers for a season opener, pretty sick when you compare it to the world-wide number we got for our opening game.
Even last night where we had two teams that didn`t make last season`s eight and played in front of an empty stadium rated as well, even better with Fox and Kayo.
It’s lucky for the fumblers Foxtel won’t be releasing any pay tv numbers this year

Imagine seeing nrl dominating 80 percent of those together with these kind of fta numbers

It would be too much

With everything going on in SEQ with cyclone Alfred, the NRL numbers would be down, whether people are busy prepping, or just don’t have electricity to watch it
