I've seen it applied when turbo fell over in goal once and the ball hit the ground, but he got up and ran into the field of play and it was play on because he didn't intend to ground it. That's when I learnt about the rule. That was a few years ago now.Have to admit I didn't know about the intent part. Probably because I've never seen it applied before today.
