The most inane aspect of it all is that he has already seen or experienced what happens with too many six agains. It occurred in 2020-2021 and it was unwatchable then. Fans and the media literally advocated for a change to the rules because of too many blowouts yet we have got back to those rules. How crazy do have to be to do the same thing again
Seems like some just can’t enjoy a game that doesn’t end 42-28. I’ll always remember the 4-0 semi between the roosters and sea eagles. Cracking game of footy.

It will continue until the new TV deal is signed.

I know but it literally makes no sense. He has made the product worse which I would have thought would negatively impact the sale of said rights.

Hes made it worse for us die-hards, but we're still watching, aren't we.

Its the tik tok generation that he's chasing. The ones with a 30second attention span.

And crowds, ratings suggest hes right, despite us hating it.

It doesn’t have to be 4-0 per se but continual blowouts can’t be interesting either. With these rules, tries aren’t coming from good attacking play. Most of the tries are right up the middle of the park because the middles are completely gassed. If you actually wanted good attacking play, these aren’t the rules
