Tupou is pondering whether to play another season or hang up the boosts. He's 34 (turning 35 in June) and has been playing first grade since 2012 when he debuted for the Roosters.

Tupou has stated publicly he won't play for any rival club in the NRL. So he's considering whether to play in 2027 for the Roosters, have a swan song in the ESL, or retire.
