Can't see it after Haas going. Brisbane will pay what's needed. Legally or notI think Walsh will leave

They can’t compete with Rugby money, Walsh will get a bucket load to be the face of Rugby 360.Can't see it after Haas going. Brisbane will pay what's needed. Legally or not
I don’t believe they were ever going to start this year, but they suffered from a big leak from with in.Is R360 even going to happen? i doubt it a lot. Its still not clear that the saudi fund that backs LIV golf is backing r360, in fact there are no financial links or commitments from that fund to r360. The link is the lawyer of one of the saudi princes who is part of the LIV fund is on the board for R360. Thats a bit of tenuous link given everyone is taking it as given that Saudi money is on offer. I think its a bit of a fraud tbh. They were supposed to start this year, how many players did they sign? Even starting in 2028 they would need to start locking players in ASAP.
Will run for 2 or 3 years with no one watching. Can't blame anyone who cashes in on itI don’t believe they were ever going to start this year, but they suffered from a big leak from with in.
It’s way to lucrative a deal not to go ahead, from a business perspective, I just can’t see a world where it doesn’t happen..

Rugby is growing hugely through Europe and Japan. The US market is also trending up. Big Money investors, I’m talking huge, are watching very closely. It will happen, it’s just a matter of who wins.Im not sure. Its being funded by US and UK firms there is no saudi funding so these arent oil billionaires who are happy to fund it just for the prestige. As a business does it make sense? Tournament style played in different cities? No fan loyalty its a complete mercenary league, Why would it attract huge crowds or investment? Govenrments will pay to host it sure, but how much? WHy would a rugby game attract huge crowds that make it worthwile to governments? NRL players will be signing contracts for 2028 at the end of this year, so they will need to get a move on if they are to have a star studded league. LEts not forget the lomax situation will have hurt them in their recruting.
Clubs folding all over Europe. Don't believe all the hype imoRugby is growing hugely through Europe and Japan. The US market is also trending up. Big Money investors, I’m talking huge, are watching very closely. It will happen, it’s just a matter of who wins.
It’s not hype, it’s expensive market research and it’s pretty hard to argue with. These types of people don’t make mistakes, they spend lots of money just making decisions.Clubs folding all over Europe. Don't believe all the hype imo
He wasn’t doing much in reserve grade to force his way in either. He’s ok, I’m not expecting great things, just average sort of stuff.
Who?Agree. 2025 he should of broke into the side. The fact they went with a 40yld Papali'i for 26 tells a story
Trey MooneyWho?
Thanks. Been seriously ill lately hence the confusion.Trey Mooney
R360 sounds like the wet dream of some fanatic Blackrock executive. Abominable idea and genuinely hope it bursts into flames loudly and scares away other such high spending globalist nonsense for the centuries in the future.

Penrith had their squad photo today. And eisenhuth is the one in the middle thats cut in half if anyone was wondering
Ask the Japanese what they’d rather support. It’s purely a financial decision, the same group looked at American Football as well. RU was the winner. Can't say I'm sold on R360 either. Business case sounds pretty sketchy and if it impacts the international calendar then it will absolutely fail. The main strength of RU is its footprint as an international sport. Compromise that and the RU boards won't play ball. The ARU has already said players will be banned from representing the Wallabies if they switch over. R360 has gotten off to a terrible start.
Also put anyone in front of RL and RU and 9/10 people will say our sport is better to watch. We aren't anywhere near the level of RU yet but we are in a great position to take the sport into other markets. PVL is making the right moves there.
