As late as 2023, He is coming back into the game as a free interchange after 20mins and we have no issue

Im not even saying it always works, I wouldnt always want a half on the bench, tbh i definitely lean more towards a genuine utility or hooker backup than a pure half, but i just see a lot of general bagging generally of Ivan for his like of having a half back up on the bench. It s over the top. I can say many dramatic but true things like Ivan is the only coach this decade to win a premiership without a half on the bench or out of the last 3 coaches to win a premiership all three have done it with a half on the bench tho tbh i think all three have done it without a half on the bench also.

People refer to his use of the bench as Ivans big weakness, but during that historic run we were not known as a team that faded out, which logic suggest if Ivan doesnt use the bench well we would fade out, we were known as exactly the opposite of a fade out team, we will take you to the deep end for 80 minutes or more if needed, across five years we earned that rep and not until last year did it crack at all, its not possible to do that for so long if Ivan was even half as bad at using a bench or rotation as some suggest.

No. Just play one of the other half a dozen halves at the club instead.

He was the hottest of hot garbage. Stood out as trash even when we rested our entire first 17. One of the worst players I've ever seen put on a Panthers jersey.

I don't think you'd hear any complaints no matter who was in the 14 if they were used in some way. Ivan uses it as a "break glass in case of emergency" position and it feels like a wasted spot.

sorro would be good for a year or two at bears just to set monday to thursday training standards.
garner would be good too. how phins signed euan aitken. garns can plug a few gaps.
smith would be elite for them i thinks panthers surely retain him? broncos wild card now with $1.5m available cap space for 2027 and potentially on market for a mid.
patea is the sort of bloke i see landing at storm for some reason. why are panthers looking to off load him?
