Not compared to PNG… no where in Australia is close to being Dangerous in comparison.
Oh I agree but its not great out there but you'd have to be pretty stupid to be walking the streets late at night.

I've travelled to some very dodgy places but if you aren't an idiot you're normally ok.

Yeah correct, Port Moresby is the Wild West, but if your smart, it’s perfectly safe and a great place to live.

If you F&&k around, you’ll find out.

People seem to be forgetting the Raiders and Warriors struggle to attract/retain players due to location. PNG would have to be a hell of a set up with the financial incentives or no one will want to go regardless what people here think of png.

Agreed, they will have a real mission to get any players.

Tago is an easy sell. He is an NRL player. Not elite but above average. Especially when his defense is on. Just needs to be consistent. He is worth around 500k I would say. 300k wouldn't get you much these days with the salary cap. But desperate clubs who need a centre will pay more. I reckon he'll end up at the Eels along with J.Mclean.

Yeah but you are almost doubling your earnings going to png. Tax rate for someone earning 200k or more is 45 percent. So if your making 700k in 1 year alone your are taking an extra couple hundred thousand home, just two years of that could a life changing financial gain for some of them even if they are already on very good money

Unless I have got the tax incentives being offered wrong then I think png will be able to attract players offering tax free contracts.
