Heard and interview with D.Waite today and he was saying that he can't believe how quickly the standard is improving in the Super League.

Big Bunny, please alter your signature. You, as a Rabbitohs fan, are in no position whatsoever as to criticise these players. How dare a Rabbitohs fan call anyone a dud.

True...but no souths players have made a rep team based on past glories (kimmorley) or because of a so called reputation (Mason) and if Phil Bailey played for any other team then the Sharks would he have still made the tour? Big Bunny dont alter your signature, you make a valid point.

Rep teams will continue to be a farce until Raiders are selected. We continually get shafted. Only team in the top 8 not to get a Kangaroo tourist. Where's O'Hara, Davico, Monaghan, Schifcofske & McLinden's Kangaroo jumpers?

O'Hara - Injured
Monaghan & Davico -Unlucky
Schifcofske - Minichiello & Lockyer in front of him
McLinden - was never going to make it while the "golden boy" was fit, despite being in much better form.

O'Hara would have been there IMO if fit
Davico should have been there
Monnas is in better form than most backs selected
Schifcofske is behind lockyer only IMO - the gf showed mini up, he still has a long way to go
McLinden - with his versitility and form was robbed of a roo jersy, same can be said for matty orford

Monaghan should have been in that squad, as with Preston Campbell. I will agree that Phil Bailey and Willie Mason should not have even crossed the selectors minds.

Maybe Catic in the forwards?

You don't know the first thing about me, where do you get off suggesting that a persons opinion must be limited to the team he supports. Do you have any idea how ridiculous that makes you appear? Look, when you get over your fascist leanings, lack of insight and need for conformity, then you can talk to me. Otherwise, grow up.

As for the players I mentioned and the questioning of their ability, it is a widespread opinion and one that I share. Chris Anderson as a coach has shown a complete lack of bipartisan behaviour, something that one would expect the coach of the Kangaroos to hold, at least in part. His boorish behaviour and tit for tat method of control at Cronulla is a joke, one that even that club is desperate to fix with the reintroduction of Stuart Raper.

Willie Mason this season has been far below his best and does not deserve his place on the Kangaroo tour ahead of the number of worthy players that missed out. His attitude and reserve grade performances make a mockery of the Kangaroo selection process. You are kidding yourself if you think otherwise, but hey I shouldn't even be bothering to give you a reply when you certainly have not shown any qualities that suggest you deserve one.

Kimmorley is nothing more than Anderson's pet one balled ever-smiling gimp. His paint by numbers kicking game has fallen short against a French regional selection featuring only 5 Chanticleers and his flat attacking game is one that is going to be exposed by Horne, Radlinski and any other British speedster you can care to name. England ‘A’ which has an average age of 21, outclassed the World Champions in the second half of that match and still neither Kimmorley or Anderson failed to offer them credit when it was plain to see that it was only the clock that saved their skins.

Bailey, may well be a solid first grader but he sure as hell didn't do much as far as his rep duties were and continue to be concerned. The bloke has the heart but he just doesn't have the ability to do anything beyond that standard first grade level. Even for NSW he looked like he was out of place, a kid amongst men. He is the one player who may eventually prove me wrong but there has been no suggestion that he’ll do so anytime soon.

Your comment on Souths players not having any recent glory... well again, you take the bloody cake. I suppose Bryan Fletchers effort for NSW, Australia and his selection for the Kangaroo tour were figments of your poorly connected synapses? I don’t know which tree you fell out of but my advice to you is to grab a stepladder and have yourself screwed back in out of harms way.

If you don't like someone’s opinion, then at least give a viable reason rather than offering yourself up as a sook.

I see you can remember all of Fletcher's past glories but none of Kimmorley's. How convenient.

BTW when you include personal attacks in your posts

you really do fail to make an impact on me. How about you just give us your opinions and leave the wise cracks to the comedians.

You sure as hell have an impressive ego trip if you think I care if I impress you or not. I don't know who you are, nor do I want to. When one person chooses to attack me for expressing my own opinion without actually arguing points then I will certainly fire back. I welcome debate, not foolishness without direction.

"Personal attacks." No, if you understood the language used then you will note that whilst those words may be far from polite, they are accurate as they are harsh.

I'll continue to speak in the manner that I always have, if you don't like it then so what, get over it, the world does not revolve around you.

As for Kimmorley's "past glories" no, I never have been a fan of his football, his on-field attitude or any other related element. According to Foxsports website over 80% of fans polled agree with me. He is a player that is overrated, first grade quality but certainly not good enough to be halfback for Australia. That is my opinion, if you don't like it then debate it without the pointless 'I don't like you' direction you chose to take.

OK. Again, you still fail to make an impact on me. Quoting polls from FOX sports is fine, unfortunatley for you and the other 5 people that voted, you aren't selectors, you aren't the coach and you aren't going to change the fact the BK plays halfback for Australia, so how about I don't debate the topic as it is fruitless.

However, here is something I will debate. You are not a fan of Kimmorley's past glory's, ok, then you are not a fan of the Clive Churchill medal winning, premiership winning half back who also steered Australia to the 2000 world cup victory, or any other element. You are entitled to be or not be a fan of whatever you want, but perhaps credit should be given where it is due.
