Raiders for me. I have always admired a team that wears such a tragic colour with pride.

Seriously, who's bright idea was it to give Canberra lime green!

I liked them (i.e. felt sorry for them) in the early days when they were getting whipped by 60 points, then they had a great team and now I can't find a hatred for them.

My first choice in is probably Cronulla as you gotta go for the underdog.

So my second fave club is the Eels. Purely because they play in the same colour kit as Warrington. (Its a good a reason as any!!)

Canberra Raiders. Next closest team geographically and were a powerful force in the early 1990s before VIC had a team.

Warriors for mine (being a Kiwi and all...), but also have a wee soft spot for Parra (the in-laws are all Eels fans), Canberra, and Souths.

Obviously not a popular option but I have great respect for the Canterbury Club.

What really brought it home to me was being at the Lang Park double header last year when both Brisbane and Canterbury acted as hosts. When Canterbury took over during the second game you could just feel the embracing nature of the club with their presentation for one of the fans and various other things they did. Really put the Broncos to shame (not that I support them).

My missus (who is from a non-football, Victorian background) noticed this also and made a comment on the difference.

Another reason is I enjoy their derby games v Parra, Souths, Saints and Wests Tigers.

soft sport for the Eels so voted them, but expect when/if the Bears are readmitted ill support them as well as a resident of the central coast

Has to be the sharks only cause a family member played for them in the 90s, tigers are up there as well
