2nd half - last 3 weeks

A solid team would have their games right in both halves at this point. No wonder Smith was not happy. Let's hope we get it on this week.

While, I agree that the 1st halves need improving this is totally different to the GF in 2001.

Back in 2001 Parra were used to blowing teams off the park early and during the year never had to fight back in the 2nd half until the Grand Final, they never had that expeirence of being down by a big margin at 1/2 time until of course the Grand Final.

This year both cases have happened Parra being behind at half time and needing to fight back but also being in front and needing to hold on.

I feel we're much better equipped to handle a variety of match scenarios this year than in 2001, as Hurri says.

I actually have a lot more faith in this current side than in that one, tbh. I just think they know how to grind it out a lot more. Our big-name players are a lot more mature, also, IMO.
