early wicket to Pakistan, Mohammad Aamer gets Guptill for zero after Pakistan all out for 264, which is a bit of a fightback from 161/6

Tuffey and Vettori took 4 a piece, it's a funny looking scorecard, only 4 different names had a hand in dismissals

what are you talking about? I didn't realise play had returned, but Butt took a catch and McIntosh is out ...
He dropped Daniel Flynn on 0.

our top order is so useless. The only person I would consider of test standard atm is Taylor. The rest however would struggle to make Sheffield Shield lineups.

you can't put this on Bond, New Zealand bowled really well, it is the batting which was the problem ...

The Pakis could be a handful this summer. Asif is finding his form and they have that 17yr old leftie bowling well. You never know with their batting though.

NZ 70/3 at stumps. Another pitiful batting display with Yousouf dropping the sitters of all sitters which could be a ploy to keep Fulton at the crease, and then they go on and drop Taylor at 1st slip. Our top6 would be on par with Bangladesh's atm.

Yep no Shakib in the Kiwi's side.

I like these two at the crease, a solid partnership of 150 odd between these two should give New Zealand the match ... a partnership of 219 will give New Zealand the match, but I am sure the tail can produce some runs if these guys produce enough

McIntosh, Flynn and Elliott survived only because of how weak the NZ domestic scene is. No quality bats in behind them.

Pretty much, all of the batsmen 1-6 aside from Taylor are lucky to be there at the moment. They are benefactors of each other's poor form.

Good to see Fulton axed. He should never have been there
