Do we sit out Starc? Bring in Nesser?

The rest of the line up will probably stay the same

We cant do worse if we bring in Agar and Renshaw for Holland and SMarsh? Would increase our batting 10 fold

Hope we win the toss :)

I reckon we'll go in unchanged which probably boggles the mind in regards to those peanuts the Marsh brothers. If there are any changes maybe Agar for Holland because WA etc.

Hopefully we win the toss which is crucial over there, if we do I'm sure even the Marsh brothers will score runs on a day 1 highway and cement their spots for the entire summer.

Bring in Agar for Starc? Strengthens the batting a bit. It’ll turn sideways by day 2. Vice-Captain Amazing isn’t earning his keep with the bat so he may as well take the shine off the pill.

but, but, JL wants batsmen with form, so he plays the Marsh sisters instead of Renshaw, so how did that play out for you you f**king space cadet

Darsh has been a decent player of spin but Levers never has. If we want a spinning all rounder we could go with Lasagne as even he made more than Levers, he bowled OK.

I would go with Renshaw for Levers and depending on how Starc pulled up whether he goes around again, but we'd have better Shield opening bowling attacks than Banaman and Nesser.

Khawaja was never a great player of spin, until this test

Interesting thing is, If Warner, Bancroft and Smith were available, K man probably wouldn't be picked in the XI based on his past Asian form. So happy he did well, lets hope he will get a good purple patch going for a couple of years.

Happy to see how MMarsh goes in this 2nd test, we are gonna need his levers for India. If he cant deliver this test, and the next couple v India, we need to seriously consider him for the shorter forms of the game only

If there is a possible silver lining to the whole ball tampering thing it is that our over reliance on Smith and Warner carrying our batting has to be addressed. Our selectors have to think outside the square a bit and take a few gambles. Whilst not all those gambles are going to pay off, it's possible that we'll come through this stronger for it.

We've got a rollercoaster coming up over the next months, but as long as they fight like they did in the second innings, I'll take it.

There's talk Renshaw will be sent home to play Shield... Seriously who did he root (or not root)?

well if he aint gonna get a run its better than being the drink waiter watching the others fail, not the worst idea but at his age he is one of the batsmen we should be supporting

We gave a number eight batting at four, Renshaw should be in the side with either Uzi at three or Fatty Finch at six, not flying home for a jetlagged Shield appearance

The logical thing for me is Sean Marsh out, Renahaw in. Sean Marsh didn't exactly spend much time in the middle.
Guess the team needs the cheerleader. Not sure what else he does.
The Marshes are the Cooper Cronk of the Australian Cricket Team.

Can't bat, can't bowl but they're out there for a good time and their very presence uplifts the team.

Then fail in the Shield, and Langer is again self justified for not picking him.
We are really f**king this young bloke, hard.
