I'm just going to say it. Paul Reiffel is having a pretty poor trot as an umpire.

Steyn destroyed the kiwis with 5/33. Kiwis were 4 for 7 at one stage before being dismissed for 195. SA win by 214 runs.

did not expect this result, really thought the Kiwis would go OK

the toss seemed to have a huge affect and the pitch was terrible in the 4th innings

The pitch seems to have fell apart from the 2nd day onwards.

Bad decision at the toss, RSA outplayed us, had our chances early though.

Taylor's brain fart was big, as is Guptill and Santner not bring test quality bats. Jury out on Nicholls too but good to see him get runs in the second innings

Steyn is a very great bowler though, let alone on that deck

Pretty impressive knock from Nicholls, in a hopeless cause he did well to produce his best test innings yet.

Should have been a 3 test series at least.
