Great game today - I think if we hadn't lost Dykes we would have put a lot more points on - I think understandably we looked as bit unorganised in the last 10 of the first and start of the second. Lots of deserved points but am going to go:

3 points - Gallen - in everything
2 points - Hilder - defense was incredible and great 40/20
1 point - Vagana - thought he looked good in defense and attack today - got more involved.

Nuts deserves points, as does Peach. Good to see them win all of their away games and welcome back to Shark Park next week.

Loo Loo f**king killed them as did Stevo. Vagana was outstanding and Dykes was good with his time on the park. Also Bird - best game with us imo, he learnt a 5/8 must pass(even though a few of his passes were poor).

Correction

Dykes impact was enormous. I thought at first he went off earlier than I believed but it was actually at the 35 minute mark so he was on for nearly the whole half. In the five before halftime, after he went off Pennies grew another leg. Probably Dykes going off had a bit to do with it.

We lost structure and didn't really get it back till 25 minutes into the second half - and that was aided by the sin binning of Wesser.

So I won't be changing my 3, 2, 1.

Special mentions to Vagana who snuffed out Gower, Bailey who is a human mop cleaning up messes everywhere. Stevo for beiing Stevo. Bird for finally lifting and being an NRL standard player, hope he continues in that vain. No bad players really. Just disorganised.

I will go on record though as saying they were more impressive to me today than any other game. Why? Adversity. That's something I have been waiting to see. How they handle it.

Yeah, dykes went great! If he didnt get injured, we would have won very conviningly IMO, he was awesome in attack.

Simmons was awsome!!

Gallen had a bit of bad luck but still manage carnage in ruck defence and hit ups!!

Peachey should be dropped becuase he has no idea how to chime in when the team is in need for someone injured when the chips are down!!!! (obvious sarcasm in that last statement)

Your forwards were massive!!! How good is phill leuilai off the bench?

Top 4 bound and will give the best season ever for the Sharks!!!

these are the people i belive steped up bird best game all year, gallen awsome,nutts was good as well as stevo, simmo playing grate al year,covell doubble try and some nice plays but off day with the boot.,mellor doubble best game all year,hilder grate defence and nice 40/20,nigle nice runs and some grate kicks.

Dykes would have gotten 3 had he been on for the 80 mins. he really steped up without noddy and directed the team in attack with some great one on one tackles
