3 Points – Brett Kimmorley. It might seem like a cop out just to pick the halfback but nobody had more an impact on the game than "Goddy". His divine kicking game and three try assists gave the Cowboys absolutely no chance.

2 Points – Paul Gallen. In any other team he'd be a walk up start for Forward of the Year but when the fact he has to share the spotlight with Nutley, Stevens, Maiava & Bailey and still comes out smelling like roses is simply outstanding.

1 Point – Paul Mellor. This guy is really growing on me and if he continues to hit the ball up with the same gusto as he did last night then he could rival Dykes for re-buy of the year. Still needs a little work on his defence but gets the point for putting the circumstances of his selection behind him and showing he deserves his spot.

3 Phil Bailey.I have watched the game three times, his work rate was phenomenal.

2 Covell. A great defensive winger.Excellent positional play.Tried to punch out Hannay.

1 Kimmorley.Just keeps on producing.

Special mention for Peachey, Gallen, Mellor.
