3-2-1 v Rabbitohs (Round 26)

Now we come to the last game of the regular season versus the arch enemy South Sydney.

For mine -

3 points: Roger Tuivasa-Sheck. 24 runs for 243 metres gained, 2 tackles for 0 misses, and 1 try assist. First player since the stats have been kept to make over 5,000 metres in a season running the ball. I run out of things to say baout this guy he has been that good.

2 points: Dylan Napa. 11 runs for 125 metres gained, 24 tackles for 2 missed. I thought he had a great game up front.

1 point: James Maloney. 13 runs for 82 metres, 21 tackles for 1 missed, 2 try assists, kicked 5 goals. Other than one brain explosion where he hung a leg out had another solid game leading the ship.

So, what say the rest of you?

Was definitely a game of two distinctive halves, equally happy with both.

Blew the Filth off the park in the first 40 then settled down for a defensive c**k show in the second half.

I'll go with Moa for 3 points, took things personally with JWH absence and showed the way.
2 points, The Nalpanator, beast of a player
1 point to RTS, love this bloke.

3. Roger Tuivasa-Sheck - IF (very big if) he can continue his rapid development at the Warriors, and does not go to the All Blacks, IMO he will retire as the greatest fullback to ever play the game. I've never seen anybody do what this guy can do.

2. Shaun Kenny-Dowall - thought he was immense in his return, definitely strengthened our right side defence and made his trademark runs out of dummy half breaking tackles and making good metres.

1. Aidan Guerra - his best game of the season IMO. Played almost the full game and just generally caused havoc on the right edge.

This was really hard to do. Literally every player played well and could make a case for a point or two.

3. Guerra
2. RTS
1. Moa

The whole team was outstanding. Geez we're on fire, even without JWH and Pearce. This truly is some footy team.

Can we win 15 in a row? And go 18-1 to finish the season? It'd rank this team right up there as one of the greatest of all-time.

My points have a forwards flavour this week.

3. Moa - gave the opposition, particularly Stewart, a night they won't forget in a hurry.
2. Cords
1. Guerra

Both these last two timing their form run beautifully. Napa deserved a point too but so did everybody else quite frankly.

I thought Maloney (apart from the trip) had a blinder setting up loads of points in that first half. Napa and Moa were amazing up front and were well supported by Guerra and Cordner. Good to see Skidsy back, the lad just slotted straight back in

Hard to dish out the points here as they all played well
Plus I can't remember the second half

BF O'R - it's all your fault for suggesting we have a pre-match beer

3 - Moa - Made the Burgi twins both look like DeVito.
2 - Napa - If I was Robbo I'd rest every other forward and let LeDylan take up the slack - god help the opposition.
1 - The rest of our pack - I'd marry each of them when the legislation passes.

We have an unbelievable team. Can't wait for Friday night.

Chook.
