3-2-1 v Tigers (Round 20)

Now for Round 20, 2015 vs the Wests Tigers.

For mine -

3 points: Sio Siua Taukeiaho. Until he came on, I thought the side was not going forward enough before trying to spin the ball wide. When he came on it changed the complexion of the game and he reminded the guys you have to go forward before you can go wide. His 12 runs for 169 metres showed that and he made a nice 13 tackles and 1 line break to boot.

2 points: Boyd Cordner. Ran straight and hard all night.

1 point: Roger Tuivasa-Sheck. Another strong game.

Your thoughts ladies and gents?

first game I've seen after 4 weeks in Europe so it was nice to get a win!

3. Have to agree with sst. hard to replace SBW but he is doing a good impersonation.
2. RTS. still so pissed off we are loosing him, he would have been worth everything the warriors are paying him and more.
1. JWH set the platform as per usual. thought he was good in he second stint.

also as an aside got lost driving from Barcelona to Montpellier and pulled off the motor way to sort out the GPS. low and behold im parked right next to the Catalans stadium completely by accident. cool to see our game in another country and of course the Robinson/Roosters connection.

anyone else think we will struggle losing both Maloney and RTS next year?

Did enough to get the win. Tigers played ok for 20 minutes or so in the first half then it was business as usual, albeit scrappy and patchy. Good test for us this Friday though.

There's no doubt we will be significantly weakened next year without the services of both RTS and Jimmy, for very different reasons. We certainly won't have the luxury of an almost guaranteed 6 points every time we score without Maloney, not to mention his solid all round general play. Will definitely miss his creativity.

As for RTS, what a loss. Will leave a huge hole in so many ways that will be hard to fill. Robbo will have his work cut out that's for sure and certain. Funny, but after 2 or so short years it's gotten to the stage RTS is almost irreplaceable.

3 - Cordner
2 - Siua
1 - Toops

Bit of a sympathy vote for Toops, but thought it was his best game in quite a while and showed his obvious relief in being re-signed.
