3 - Foran solid first half but really stepped up and owned things in the second, direct and physical. Speaking as someone who has just had a shoulder reconstruction, that was an awesome effort.
2 - Luke performed when the pressure was on, constantly sniping from dummy half.
1 - RTS over 200m and back to his best.

I'm most encouraged by the fact that nobody deserves minus points this week, while Ayshford and Lisone had poor first halves they dug in and redeemed themselves in the second. Maumalo still isn't a winger though. When is Manu due?

3. Foran - have to give a guy three when he hasn't played for 300 days, and puts in like that. I didn't know he was so strong? Very physical, yet skillful, player. With Hingano waiting in the wings it's not even a huge worry whether he'll last the season.
2. Luke - he should make silly tweets, delete them, then play like that every day. There was that silly drop though, right when all the hard work had been done. This week though it didn't matter.
1. Lillyman - a forward has to get points. Bull was good, real good.

I agree upstairs, Lisone and Ayshford were quite dynamic in the second half. Played their part in the turnaround. Johnson doesn't have to carry our team if we play like this. Some last play options went nowhere though, so still plenty of work to do.

Yeah it was a coin toss for the one point between Jake and RTS for me. Typing with one hand so no long hon mentions, haha

Lillyman's not the best prop, but he's strong an honest every week

It's been mentioned before that it's when you're actually at games, watching from the sidelines, that you see how strong he is. He really bashes his way into the tackle, often wins the ensuing wrestle. That's got to tire the opposition. The pretty boys can all take it from there.

If hes making 150+m regularly with a low error rate he's doing a top shelf job imo.

3. Gavet - been immense he last couple of weeks and has that aggression that we need
2. Bully - owned the ruck
1. Foran - missing piece of the puzzle

Johnson, Rts, Lillyman, Hoffman unlucky to miss out

3. Gavet was a monster in the tackle, and had bent the line without taking the easy kickoff/line-drop-out returns. Gave us mongrel, and looked good doing it.

2. Luke- ran at the line at pace. made his tackles and backed up his social media mis-tweets with action.

1. RTS getting out of the ingoal in that play -he is here to play. 200 odd metres I would guess. Met the ball on the full every time (dare I say it) crayfish like. Led everything from the back.

3 Foran Class act.
2 Gavet. Still a bit of a worry on D in terms of giving away a penalty but he gives us impetus and allows Luke to run off the back of it.
1 RTS - getting back to best.

HMs .Lisone - must have been on last orders at halftime as he was way better in the 2nd half. Having said that Titans had no ball in 2nd half so wasnt tested on D. Still a work in progress.
Luke, Lillyman, SJ earned their paycheck this week.

Kata - jeez dude.....remember when Cleary put Wiki back in reserve grade? getting close to making some calls SK.

-1 Darryl Halligan. The shit that comes out of his mouth. God hes annoying. At one stage he was complaining we werent kicking to Maumalo on the last tackle. Why is he even in the commentary box? Did he buy shares in Sky tv or something?

3. Foran - what a difference
2. Gavet
1. Princess - good controlled kicking in the second half

Nice to see Luke finally awake, RTS also immense.

Was at the game, and you can really see just how bad Maumalo is.
Always in the wrong place at the wrong time and incredibly sluggish when marking on defence.

Gubb was gassed after being on for about 10 mins.

Good performance overall, esp the second half, but far from great. Long way to go yet.

3 Foran
2 Luke
1 RTS

Gavet, Lillyman, SJ all could have gotten points as well.

Love how Ayshford and Lisone worked hard to redeem themselves in second half. We dominated that half and it was on the back of strength and aggression on defense.

3- Foran. Made the difference. Made the players around him look better.
2- Luke. His best game in a Warriors jersey.
1- RTS

HM- Johnson, Lillyman, Gavet.

Lisone, a little rocks and diamonds.

Gubb played the best game I can remember him playing.

Kata and Maumalo were pretty horrible.

Kata and Maumalo were pretty horrible.
The fact that they are both terrible at the moment, compounded by the fact that they play next to each other on the left hand side pretty much negates our left edge in terms of attack

Yet according to the commentators he's our #1 for hit ups this year. FFS move him to the forwards. He's not the new Manu, apart from early tackle hit ups he has none of Manu's winger's instincts, but has all of the same dificiencies.

Kata at least is fixable, it's a form, not a talent thing. Maumalo flat out is not a winger.

I've said this before but I'll say it again- Halligan is brain dead and has no business being behind a microphone. He isn't watching the same game as the rest of us and totally misses all the finer aspects of the game, the plays and ref decisions that ultimately decide the outcome.

A few weeks back I sent a message to sky via their FB page outlining my concerns about his commentary with no reply. We should bombard the FB page after every game if we want to see change.
