So Pomeroy scores 12 points, makes 113 meters, a line break and 18 tackles and you're not giving him 1 little point?

I gave him a point. At my age, I've got a few pairs of specs. I'll lend ya a pair if ya like.

lol point for captaining?

one of your best.

Why is the halfback topping the tackle count?

Which try did he assist?

3 - Kimmorley. When he was getting taped up our attack looked lost without him.
2 - Bird. Consistently awesome.
1. - Pomeroy. Could have had 5, but perhaps I'm a hard marker.

Can we please f**k off Simmons and Kinga?

i dont understand how some of you guys picked thommo in your '3,2,1' picks.

he was average last night. didnt do much in attack, his defence was good.

3. Bird
2. Pomeroy (ignoring the first two dropped balls he made)
1. da gois

dykes played well, but was targeted too much, every time he touched the ball, there was a defender running at him not giving much time at all.

most plays he stopped and got tackled, other times he rushed the ball and ruined the execution.

dont get me wrong, he made some good plays aswell, but that is expected.
his kicking game was good, which is also expected.

but overall, coming back from injury, he had a good game.

the most important thing is that the halves clicked last night. hopefully its a sign for good things to come.

Well according to the NRL.com stats he was third in the tackle count behind Kingston and DYKES!!!

May not have had a direct try assist, but that kick to Covell was as good as, so I'll give you that one. And it seemed to me that Kimmorley took advatantage of Dykes being targetted and snared a couple of line breaks. It was a good effort from Noddy, but not worthy of a 3.

Dykes on the other hand was second in the tackle count and snagged at least 1 try assist from memory.

But both halves also gave away 2 errors, and Kimmorley gave away 2 silly penalties, so neither rate in my top 3.

Each to their own though.
