Fulton, Tame and Fitzy!

http://www.weststigers.com.au/defau...sts-tigers-continue-strong-player-recruitment

ests Tigers has continued its strong player recruitment drive for season 2010 by signing premiership winning forward Liam Fulton to a two-year deal.Fulton played 76 matches for Wests Tigers from 2003-2008 before heading to Huddersfield Giants in the English Super League for the 2009 season.
Fulton played under Coach Nathan Brown at Huddersfield in both the Challenge Cup Final and the Super League semi-final series.
Despite suffering an early season injury, Liam played 16 matches for the Giants in 2009. He will be a welcome addition to Wests Tigers with his high work-rate, versatility and excellent ball skills.
“Returning to Wests Tigers has me really excited, there is a real buzz about our 2010 campaign,” said Fulton.
“My time at Huddersfield helped develop my game and I’ll return to the NRL a more complete player”.
Wests Tigers has also signed winger Tame Tupou and utility Daniel Fitzhenry.
Tame Tupou has secured a one-year deal with an option for a second year with Wests Tigers.
Tupou is a powerful and hard running winger who previously played for Brisbane Broncos and Bradford Bulls. He has also played Test football for NZ.
Fitzhenry returns after a two year stint with Hull Kingston Rovers. He played 43 matches, mostly at hooker and also filled in across the backline.
Fitzhenry is a very experienced player and will assist in providing leadership to the younger players in the Wests Tigers squad.

Just when you think we are going forwards the club takes a massive lurch backwards by signing fitzy.at best he is an average winger and he dosent play at his best to often

Seriously though, we've now signed:

Daniella
Brown
Flanagan
Moors
Cayless
Fulton
Tupou
Fitzhenry

That's eight players. At this rate we're going to have to let some of our new signings go in order to accommodate all these new signings! What the...?

PS - Welcome back to 2005. When should we expect an announcement on Scott Prince?

I think we will keep Hanbury. Is starting Fullback until Mullaney is ready.

Dont forget there is Blake Lazarus there waiting for his shot after 2 frustrating seasons out with season ending injuries at the start of each of the last 2 seasons. Sheens took a punt and re-signed him for this season- I reckon it will be Lazarus that gets the nod for #1 first up.

In the end result these 3 signing announcements are only confirming what the rumour mill had been saying for some time now. I suppose Aranda Taumata will be officially announced soon too.

Flanagan and Taumata I am taking on faith that they have talent. I'm ok with Fulton, Tupou could be ok if he is bargain basement. Daniella, Brown and Fitzhenry - I have no idea what they were thinking. I don't know enough about Moors to comment.
