3 Johnson- most dangerous player on the park, and his kicking was superb. He frees up Townsend to do a lot more backing up and less worrying about kicking (when I thought it was going to be the other way around) and that helps Townsend look dangerous. Should be really nice with 3 good options when Graham is back.
2 Townsend- see above. Next most dangerous on the field.
1 Nikora- could be any number of players but I'm loving what he is bringing so much he gets the 1.

Fifita, Prior and Gallen were strong (when on). Plenty of others had shit hands but looked good at times and defended really well (Dugan, Moylan, Morris, Woods). Young guys like Brailey (either) and Williams are developing well.

Feki and Katoa are strong runners but heart attack stuff.

3 - John Morris (Head Coach)
2 - Forwards + Interchange
1 - Backs

I am extremely pleased that the players have "bought in" to John Morris' coaching, and whatever was said at half time worked.

He did mention in the press conference he gave the team a spray.

A switched on Cronulla Sharks and luck with injuries will make us a very tough team to beat.

3 - SJ. Love the man more than my missus

2 - Chad, played very well tonight imo.

1 - Woods. Geez I was wrong about him, he has been absolutely immense since he arrived here. Astute signing for us. Another masterstroke from flanno

I would of given Chad 3 if he had of knocked himself out trying to hurdle a tackle.
Prior...new favourite player.

Just did an analysis of the votes provided by the resident experts above. And on a first past the post voting system S Johnson is declared the winner, with the Chadster as his running mate.
No correspondence will thus be entered into.

Lets not get carried away Cows were rubbish and Canterbury would have beaten them Yesterday

3 Prior
2 Chad
1 Morris

One major thing sticks out to me Johnson looked like a world beater but the Cowboys were absolutely woeful they were last week and worse yesterday Trust me Johnson will go missing when playing Better teams like Mythlan does

Absolutely spot on analysis of the CT/SJ/MM dynamic. Can anyone remember the last time CT ran over 100 metres in a game? Yesterday he topped the RMs for the entire side. JB helped as well because he did more from the ruck than usual.

Josh Morris. FMD what a player. Didnt miss a tackle, made close to 15 metres per run, scored a couple of meaties and had the almost unbelievable PTB speed of 2.02 seconds! He has presence. You can see the side listen when he talks. So professional. He’s a bringer and a winner.

Anyway

3. Fifita
2. SJ
1. Josh Morris

Special mentions. The 5 snarks who had PTB speeds under 3 seconds. The centres who had a combined 78 post contact metres and 9 tackle breaks between them. The new P.O.D. attack. It’s going to be difficult for opposition teams to know where the next raid is coming from. It can improve too. If JB, as first choice hooker, can continue to expand his game it makes another P.O.D.
