And so takes his test average under 30. Certainly he won't face too many sides more willing to gift him wickets than this rabble, but the fact remains his numbers are pretty damn good for an offy. He just keeps getting his share of poles each game, and I don't see the Kiwi's blowing out his average, not the Pakistanis being any more circumspect in English conditions so he could have a sub-30 average for some time yet.

I seriously fear for Dougie when Hilfy returns. Siddle is the one that needs more first class cricket so he should make way IMO.
