As for tahir's celebration - he and I have been working on that for a few weeks.

Samaraweera deserves a lot of credit. He's received a lot of criticism (myself included) about his inability to play away from home but he has now performed both in England and now in South Africa.

I thought Smith was dumped as captain?

no, never, he stepped down from limited overs captaincy after the world cup, but he still plays that format and remains test captain. His test captaincy has never come under question, his test form however is another story

I think his weight at the moment is an issue, I loved in the post match presentation he made a jibe at his own weight, saying Tahir would need to spend more time in the gym to be able to get him (Smith) off the ground
