Woop woop

Williamson  Just so solid

And Southee and Boult are a very good opening pair...

Anyway, we look to be on the rise - finding someone to open with Latham is key, hopefully the selectors don't stubbornly stick with Rutherford

too easy

Restricting Chanderpaul to only one half ton in the series probably the key to the series win

WI are probably the easiest nation to beat on their home soil

well done to the kiwis nonetheless

nobody is easy for us to beat overseas!!!

Seriously good series by Kane

I read that was the first time Chanderpaul had been stumped in 266 innings.. strange

Yes, indeed, no problems with his captaincy.

I was twitchy, but in hindsight while Williamson is correctly getting plaudits, what we can count on with this team is that Southee, Boult and Wagner are good... the opening two seriously good, and we can bowl to plans... Always the chance that Gayle could do something special

Be a good test for the kiwis now in November, Three back to back tests vs Pakistan Dubai. 11th, 19th and 27th. Australia play 2 tests there in October 22nd, 30th

The great thing about this trio is they aren't breaking down every second series. Excellent series win - our test form in the past 12 months is really something to build on.

Be interesting to see how you go on rank turners against excellent players of spin in the UAE. Mark Craig doesn't hold a candle to Saeed Ajmal.

LOL and I don't think anyone on this planet claims he is.

Pakistan the enigma of world cricket. They should beat NZ easily on paper you would imagine, but will anyone be surprised if kiwis tank them in at least one test, even possibly draw or dare I say win the series?

We'll go shit, because we can't bat against spin (Williamson aside)

I missed the bit where someone claimed Craig was any good... I think the only one that thinks Sodhi is any good is Shane Warne... and only 25% of what he says is useful

But seriously, aside from Herath atm who does hold a candle to Ajmal?

Well done Black Caps. Meritorious effort and a fantastic last 6-8 months really.

One of the best opening attacks in the world and a fantastic # 3. Taylor is brilliant at 4, McCullum is inconsistent but can be brutal at 5, as far as batting all-rounders go Neesham and Anderson are big hitters, and Watling is fast becoming an outstanding test keeper-bat.

Just need a new partner for Tom Latham, and I'm still concerned about our spin ability.
