How does that joke Cecchin get to ref a final?

If Cecchin was intended to be impartial by the ARL, then they would get a ref who was from a neutral country.

The Roo's are the better team, which is the main reason they will win. Cecchin is there to make sure the ARL admin do not have even the risk of being humiliated by an England win.
