what else can you say? the 50/50s just havent bounced our way. i honestly think we've been the better team in each game and by quiet some distance. benji's goal kicking let us down tonight. i know it was tough conditions but parkers were just as hard.

i thought the forwards were great tonight. ellis was a beast, heighington probably had his best game of the year and payten/gibbs aimed up in galloways absence.

moltzens try should have been allowed, we go up by 12 at halftime and probably win.

if benji doesnt get sin binned i have no doubt we score after those repeat sets. instead we had that merkin bag Morris 'directing' our attack.

all in all great effort. missing farah, galloway, lawrence (3 of our 4 best players) collis and galea against the premiership favourite missing only one player.

i actually think we've gone well this year. the signs are good , much better then 06/07/08 imo. if we have a good run of injuries and get some 50/50s i have no doubt we'll be in the 8. its the most open comp in probably forever.

The sad thing about the tigers is that you have a side there than can win this comp, but you have the biggest ass clown of a player i have ever seen named john morris who just destroys you. I wanted to jump into the TV and smack him and I am not a tigers supporter, you guys must just scream at his overlap killing, his serial kicking, the poor options, the mistakes. One wonders how a football genius as sheens is reported to be cant see this, or cant fix it.

Morris isn't the killer, Maxwell/Team incompetence killed us + Sheens.

Someone has just got to tell Daine Laurie when we're on the line, to run back to the 20, begin charging up as the ball is played, run like a madman if your life depended on it and get over the line. If players line up to get him, just throw a cut out and make use of a possible overlap.

It can't be that hard, we have so much ball on the line but can never get over. As soon as Brisbane got near the line, they scored.

Also, tbh, I feel we could've made the top 4 with this squad.

If we won 2 of these past games, which we really should've, and not copped all these injuries in the meantime, we'd be sitting 4th or 5th and a good chance to make a run at the four. Instead we face an uphill battle just to make the 8.

Agree.

You can't blame the players or the coach for last nights loss.

They played very well considering the cirumstances and have over the past few weeks.

The refs did cost us the game tonight.

No doubt we are a much better team this year our defence has improved greatly
