I just put $20 on England 3-2

We’re cooked.

Warner should’ve been f**ked off for this tour.
The bowling tactic of short shite is abysmal.

My 4th XI

Khawaja
Renshaw
Lauba
Smith
Head
Marsh / Green
Carey
Neser
Starc
Cummins
Murphy

I’d even SOS Wade. Get down and dirty.

Warner conspiracy theory…his “agents” comments about sandpaper gate were accurate (regarding the board member). Dave was given guarantees so long as he took the blame (he’s spoken about retiring at the end of the upcoming summer, which is approx 5 years on from when he was reinstated).

That said, he’s underwhelmed this series, but he’s been better than Marnus. Having 2 cheap wickets in our top 3 guarantees we are 2 fa f**k all most digs putting the pressure on Oozie and Smudge to bail us out.

In India batting in the middle order, he was given no chance. Harris is statically the worst ever Aussie opening bat ever.

Head opened the batting in India and did a good job where it's difficult to bat

if its a choice between Harris and bringing Green back in, it's a no brainer

Harris struggles in Australia, I'd retain Warner before I opened with Harris

Head opening on tracks designed for spinners is very different to Head opening in England.

No way on Earth does it make sense to throw him out against the new ball. Especially given how well he's going at five.

Harris sucks but he's not completely mentally shot. At this rate anyone who can survive ten overs is an improvement on Warner Vs Broad

I’ve got nothing against Murphy and appreciate his effort and his batting contributions, but he’s got no place bowling on these pitches, he’s not Lyon, and Cummins isn’t really gonna use him anyway so I’d replace him with Green, Boland with Neser. f**k knows what we do up top so just gonna stick Warner in as a placeholder for now.

1. Warner
2. Khawaja
3. Labuschagne
4. Smith
5. Head
6. Marsh
7. Green
8. Carey
9. Neser
10. Starc
11. Cummins

March and maybe Green to back up the 3 quicks. Head/Smith would be as effective as Murphy bowling junk overs anyway.
