As much as we wanted it, I don't think Davey was ever going to be dropped

Weird side. But you can get full time overs out of Green and Marsh and on a road they're not going to be any less effective than Boland. I'd just love to see Neser who swings it regardless of the decks

If they don't back poor old Zodiac Murphy, Head and Smith and Labs can get through 10-15 overs of spin. But I think we might live to regret it based on the pics of the deck....

agree - if it is a sub 300 chase for England don't see Head/Labs/Smith getting too many overs

Marsh looked good with the ball - but looks like he is only good for a 3-4 over spell
Hope they rotate the bowlers in 4-5 over spells to ensure that they are all at their best

Surely Saint Baz can control the weather too?

Didn't you hear Ben"we want to play entertaining test cricket" Stokes?

Due to rain being an issue, said something along the lines that they are going to have to move the game forward even more than before

# 10 an over

# saviors of test cricket

# winning doesn't matter

“(Warner) has been going really well,” Cummins said. "I thought at Lord's, he was really impressive. Last week, like many of us, he probably didn't contribute as much as he would have liked with the bat.

“He's been out there over the last couple of days putting in a lot of work, but I think this tour he has shown a lot of good signs and hasn't quite kicked on to make that big score. Some of those innings he's played under really tough circumstances has made it easy for (Steve) Smith to come in and score runs, or the like.”

Haha how is the rationalisation going on here. Candace is either the head of selectors or she's giving them head.
