Fair enough. Any way i better let this topic get back to todays game, but i`ll just say that i certainly think we need another dasher in the middle order and let Michael Clarke open if we are to retain our superiority and be a desereved favourite to win the upcoming world cup. I reckon George Bailey is the best up and coming prospect we have in that regard, but he won`t get a look in just yet as he hasn`t been quite consistent enough.

He`s made quite a few big scores at important times for the high flying Victorians this season. That being the case, his form reads quite well to me ???
Apart from that i believe that 4 predominate pace bowlers with average batting ability is too many from my liking in one day cricket. Obviously Shane Watson could help in this regard, but while he is unavailable, i reckon a player such as Andrew McDonald deserves a chance ???

140 odd in 8 games doesn't look pretty this season. If thats good form then Jaques is in good form too cause hes around there this season.

You are forgetting that Aus have Mr Cricket, and our bowling line-up is really weak. We only have Vettori and possibly Gillespie who would make a full strength side bowling tonight, and Vettori doesn't take wickets.

Australia always find a way to win, it's a big call to say we would have won had that catch been held.
