Actually, without Mick Hussey, this is really where we need Callum Ferguson. Dave Hussey is a cricket impersonator, not a cricket player. Like most Victorians lately, great in a dominant side, more often than not useless when he actually has to play cricket

I agree but it needs to be a flat track, his defence and footwork is poor and he cannot defend long enough to play 5 day games.

I like White when he is going, but the only games he'll win us are the ones where he comes in with the side already on top, or a completely flat track. He has no idea how to actually BAT a side to a win, just hit

Agreed, he will do well on those low slow wickets with small out fields. But on a wicket with a bit of bounce and movement has absolutely nothing.

No one thinks he is hopeless. We are just highlighting his technical deficiencies. Great 50 over a T20 player on his day, but he does get caught out with poor footwork and trying to hit the ball too hard.
