Who do you replace him with?

Thats the million dollar question. I do like Bails, but that was (one wanker anderson over aside) a worrying and poor series from him.

But with so few other options, he probably still makes the trip.

might want to print another ticket though.

I was responding to hutty, Twiz.

Doolan.. No. He's no better. Same FC avg.

Big Bash timing f**ks with selections. Bailey has a better average than your boy Khawaja. Give him as much time.

(Pre big bash, only North warranted selection at 3, Wazn to 6)

This batting by Hads explains why Bailey swung it away.

Buck 100 then smash.

But what's the point.
They're already cruising at 4 an over and will easily hit a 500 lead at Tea.

Bailey should have been sensible and played for a long innings.

Pattinson is very close to a certain selection IMO. Tough one for the selectors. Its hard to justify dropping Siddle and I don't think they will. So dropping a batmen is the only other way to get him in but I don't they'll do that either. That's what I'd do but I don't think they will.

So tough one for the selectors. An injury to one of the current three fast bowlers is the only easy way out.

I reckon they'll give Bailey at least 1 test in Seth Efrika..

They'll probably take Doolan & Khawaja as back ups..

Patto will be the back up bowler..

There is no way you can sack any of the bowlers after their efforts to dismantle the poms..

Wazn will stay in the side.. at 3..

All this talk about when to declare.
I'd go until about an hour before days play an have a quick spell at then tonight, and finish it off tomorrow.
I don't think you would declare yet, while it is a 400 run lead, England could somehow pull out a good innings with 2 and a half days left to win.
Post them 500 to win.

These knobs in the commentary box are always going on about declarations, follow ons etc.the test is not even 1/2 over and they want it wrapped up.Sure we more than likely have plenty but why not continue to grind the Poms into the ground than roll them.

Unlucky For Hads dragging on a full toss

Wtf is with these genius commentators, we're not even at lunch on Day 3 and they want a declaration now
