It was loose but hardly insane. Jaiswal has been out similarly a few times this series too. It was definitely a better shot than Khawaja jumping in on the air to play a half volley.

He's played 3 innings on some spicy decks and averaged 30. He will only get better.

Nothing wrong with an aggressive approach. But Konstas looks so different to the player who got the ton against India A. He defended strongly, knew where his off stump was and put away the bad balls. He looked a really complete batsman compared to the Bazball type of batting we’ve seen in his first 3 digs.
