A very ordinary turnout.

It didn't rain,
It IS a winter sport.

Thank your chosen -or othwise- God we are not under the "criteria" pump anymore

Sundays we usually get less than night games.

Come on get up some people.

Would you believe we are winning!!!!

We did manage a ground record earlier in the year. I wouldn't be whining about criteria just yet...

Lookout, Dr Who and his TARDIS have delivered us another messiah from the past...

Chondricthyes (now, THERE is something that makes us ask 'WTF'!!!), there are several discussions about the poor crowd in other threads. See 'Where was everyone' as a starting point.

Go surfing first, then post away. Don't make yet another new thread for the sake of it, without reading a few from the past couple of days, eh champ?

We werent the only club to have a bad attendance this week, most games did
And it sure looked like it was going to be a miserable night

But the funny thing was at the ground it was a great night
No rain, no clouds, no wind, no chilly temperature

Actually couldnt have asked for more!!

Hey! I was wearing a scarf and two jackets, one of those jackets was entirely unnecessary, as was my beanie!

(The answer to your question is yes, it probably had something to do with it)

Couldnt have been a more comfortable night temperature-wise to watch footy in mid july. It was easy to get to the fence & get a close up look at the mermaids.
My tongue was hangin way out & it didnt freeze! :D

Did you go Chondricthyes.

Always. I vote with my feet-

And I vote SHARKS, win lose or draw!

And btw Jimbo there is no criteria winging here, that issue is dead and buried -goooonne. The point is and will always remain, that if a club cannot get bums on seats or in my case feet on hills they are doomed and we must be vigilant whatever the clubs ups or downs.

I remember the days when we would struggle to get about 3000 against bottom rung teams. I recall a day against north sydney. It was pissing down, the field was a bog and the only sign of life on the hill was the seagulls. And they looked very bored.
